Supplementary Task I

Hey,
Iam Nelly Yoske and currently peer tutoring grade 10 applied history class with Ms.Chambers.
In the months that i have been peer tutoring history class, i have developed different kinds of relationships with some individuls in the class and all of them had postive impact on me according to my experience.
One of these relationship is the one with the host teacher Ms. Chambers. She is a great teacher as i mentioned before in almot all my blogs; not only because she was my history teacher before but because of who she is and her personality. I think during this experience as a peer tutor, i got closer to her than last year when she was my teacher, and i think mainly thats because i didnt know why she does certain things and why not. last year as my teacher she just gives us work and we are always complaining which left us with no time to think why she might be doing that and that maybe its for our own goods. However, being a peer tutor, i learned alot of things, for instance all these assignement that we think its hard to do, its actually harder to come up with these assigment and put them in a simple way that the class can understand. And i also learn that the harder the assigment given are, the more "happy" you should be, because when a teacher gives you something hard, she or he actually have the faith in you that although yo complain you can't do it, you actually can. So you should be proud that someone has this great faith in you. so it was a great chose to take peer tutoring.
Also my relationships with the other students was great. It makes you think that there is a noimitatin to the saying "everything is possible" if you display the kind of attention expected. However, the students were great and the reason i this had impact on me is because i never thought i can actually teach. I have had some struggle of explaining things previous before this course but now i think as long as i know the subject i can clearly explain it and i learn all this about myself from the students i was peer tutoring.
Thanks to Ms. Chambers i became more considerate and understanding and thanks to the students in that class iam full of sefl-confidence and proud too.
